Booking online is the quickest and easiest way to organise your appointment. Scroll down to select a service, choose the time that suits you best, and fill in your details to confirm. If you’re booking for the first time, please take a moment to read the new client information below.

Information Before Booking Your First Appoinment

If you have particular times that work best for you, we suggest booking your first 4 to 6 consultations initially. You can do this by booking your first appointment under the appropriate New Client option, and then booking ongoing appointments under the Existing Client option. Weekly or fortnightly appointments are generally recommended.

This helps to ensure that the exact appointment times you need are kept for you (after school spots in particular can fill up fast). You can cancel these appointments if you decide Bright Space Therapy is not the right fit.

For children aged 4-10, parents are asked to attend an individual consultation for their 1st appointment. This appointment is for caregivers to attend without their child. This allows you and your therapist to talk in detail and gather information about current concerns, goals and background information. It also means that the first session with your child can be purely focused on building connection, rather than having to sit through adult discussions that may be boring or uncomfortable for them!

 Telehealth appointments are available for this parent consultation, if it’s tricky to attend in-person without your child (please select ‘telehealth’ option when booking online).

 Please note, for clients accessing Medicare rebates this consultation is counted towards sessions from your child’s Mental Health Treatment Plan.
